The location was particularly good for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was 10 min away.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Amazing accommodation with fantastic setting next to several restaurants, museums and a beautiful neighbourhood and a variety of excellent restaurants. Great staff onsite❤

Loved Rochester, the hotel was unique and good standard in happening area. The staff was very informative, friendly with every request. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from George Eastman Museum. Moreover, it was near the arts district, and restaurants, public market, and downtown.

Location: the hotel was just off restaurants, the arts district. The folks where kind. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar.

Read this before you make a decision

The loft we stayed in was beautifully designed and spacious, with an intriguing mix of vintage charm and modern comfort! The neighborhood was lovely, surrounded by cultural attractions and perfect for exploration.

While the overall experience was enjoyable, the shower pressure was annoyingly low was nice. A bit more attention to this detail would greatly enhance the stay.

My children wanted better bedding options for the loft area. A sofa bed would work wonders for families with kids.

I enjoyed staying at this unique accommodation, clean and had spacious rooms with high ceilings, and it was in the heart of the Rochester Arts District, making it easy to stroll to the nearby Memorial Art Gallery and the Strong Museum, both within a short walk that allowed me to soak in the local culture and scenery.

The loft was spacious and had unique decor that made it feel like a nostalgic classroom. I loved the gorgeous views from the roof terrace! There’s a wonderful garden area which is perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a nice drink in the evening. Just a heads up, my room wasn’t ready until later than expected, but overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. 🌿

Had a cool vibe with unique decor and high ceilings. Loved the full kitchen but wished for more utensils. The bathroom setup could use better privacy, yet I’d go back! Highly recommend.

Loved the unique vibe of this old school turned loft! Spacious with high ceilings, and that full kitchen was a lifesaver. Honestly, the decor was a good surprise!

The bed seemed like a hammock-great for a nap, but not for a full night's sleep! My back was not amused with the mattress situation.

The Superior Apartment was really spacious and comfy, with huge windows and a full kitchen. The vintage decor is super cute and the layout felt bright with a lot of natural light. But the second bed was tricky to reach with a steep ladder, and it wasn't super private in the bathroom area. Cooking supplies were lacking too, a bit tough to really use the kitchen. It had a cool vibe, just a few small things that could be better.

More clear signage for parking and entry would help.

Cozy room, relaxing shower. The large tub and massage jets were the perfect luxury after 10 hours on my feet, and the cleanliness and thoughtful design.

The loft had a vintage style with high ceilings and tons of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed the spacious layout. Everything felt clean and cute. Plus, it's pet-friendly with no extra charges! The jet tub was a nice little luxury too. Really cool decor throughout, even chalkboards!
